Cognos SSO not working in Digital Hive 2024.1

Question

IBM Cognos analytics Single Sign-on (SSO) is no longer working after deploying the Digital Hive 2024.1 version.

 

Answer

The tomcat properties in the Digital Hive server requires a line added.

 Setup steps:

1.     From Services stop the node1 services.

2.     Right click and Open the TomCat properties.

3.     Head to the tab called Java

4.     In Java9 Options add the following line, --add-opens=java.base/sun.security.ssl=ALL-UNNAMED , Show look the same as the screenshot below.


5.     Restart the Node1 Services
