Hidden Cognos Objects appearing in Digital Hive

Question

Cognos objects that are hidden but it still visible in Digital Hive. 

Answer

Ensure the following two options are set in Cognos Analytics: 

  1. Default Portal Action for the Report is set to Run Report:

  2. Show hidden entries is disabled. This menu option is located under Profile and Settings for the user in Cognos.
