How to delete Personal content that was created from the self-service menu for Power BI embed reports?

How to delete Personal content that was created from the Self-service menu for Power BI embed reports?

Answer

  1. Log into Digital Hive and click your Name avatar and click Explore Content
  2. You will see Personal Content on the left hand side
  3. You will see the Personal Content folder if you did a "Save As" in a Power BI embed report and created a personal content. 
  4. Click Personal Content on the left hand side. 
  5. You will see the reports you have in there. Click the 3 dots on any of the report

  6. You will not see a "Delete" option in there to delete the report. 
  7. If you no longer want a report and want to delete it, Click and open the report from within the Personal content.

  8. With the report open, you can see the self-service menu option in there. 
  9. Click the last icon "Delete"
  10. You will get a Warning prompt
  11. Click "Delete" to confirm the removal of the report.
