Is there a way to disable the ability to download the different file types of Cognos report content?
 

Yes, here are the steps to disable the download options:

1. Click your avatar (initials on the top right)
   
2. Click Manage Digital Hive
   
3. Click Content
   
4. Click on the Cognos connector to open the details screen
   
5. Select the Settings tab
6. Scroll down and click SHOW ADVANCED
   
7. Clear the Enable Managed Execution checkbox
   
   
8. Click SAVE

This will remove the ability for users to download the Cognos report output in all formats except PDF or as part of a Zip archive.
