Upgrading a Multi-Server Environment

How do you upgrade a multi-server environment?
Answer
Below are the steps to guide you through a multi-server upgrade.
- Backup both the primary and secondary environments
- Stop the Digital Hive services on both servers
- Launch the installer on the primary server
- Select Upgrade
- Click Full application
- Select check Set up IQ failover node. You must enter the Failover IQ Server URL or IP address.
- On the secondary server open installer and confirm these services are stopped
- Second server select Upgrade
- On the secondary server select Failover node
- Click Next
- The Upgrade will begin.
- Once you see green check marks confirm services Restarted
- Digital Hive has been successfully upgraded.
