Content on a Hive Page is not Visible

Question

The Hive page loads in blank and we are unable to see any content on the page.

 

Answer

This issue occurs when the user does not have permission to see something specific on the Hive Page. There are a few solutions below to fix the issue.

 

Hive Permissions:

1.     From within Digital Hive, click on the Hive Launcher     and select Open Designer

2.     Click the  icon to open the Properties Panel

3.     On the Hive Properties page scroll down to the General section

4.     Under General, Click Share with and ensure the permissions are set.

 

Color Scheme:

  1. Under Manage Digital Hive head to Customizations
  2. Click the Colors option on the drop down.
  3. Locate the Color Scheme assigned to the Hive
  4. Click Shared with and ensure permissions are set.

 

Themes:

  1. Under Manage Digital Hive head to Customizations
  2.  Click the Themes option on the drop down.
  3.  Locate the Themes assigned to the Hive
  4.  Click Shared with and ensure permissions are set.
