Digital Hive was recently installed on a new server. What is the best way to uninstall Digital Hive from the previous server?

Answer

To uninstall Digital Hive from your Windows server:
  1. Log into the physical Digital Hive Windows server as an administrator
  2. Open Windows File Explorer
  3. Navigate to the Digital Hive install directory which is C:\DigitalHive by default
  4. In the install directory, locate the uninstallServices.cmd file
  5. Right-click on the uninstallServices.cmd file and select Run as administrator. Performing this step will unregister all the Digital Hive services
  6. Once the script has completed, delete the Digital Hive installation directory
To uninstall Digital Hive on Linux:
  1. Stop the Digital Hive process
  2. Delete the Digital Hive installation directory
