Why do I see "Offline" under Engine Health when i click on IQ under Content?

Why do I see "Offline" under Engine Health when i click on IQ under Content? 

Answer

IQ is the engine that analyzes user behavior, interactions, and historical data to generate intelligent, personalized recommendations. You will need to enable the schedule to begin the process of changing the Health from Offline to Online. 

To do this,
  1. Launch Digital Hive as an Administrator
  2. Click on your Avatar (initials in the top right or bottom left corner) and click Manage Digital Hive

  3. On the left hand side, expand the Content section and select IQ
  4. Under Training Status, you will see 
  5. Click Manage training schedule and this will open the IQ configuration page
  6. At the very end, Change the schedule. Under mine, It shows run the schedule every hour, 5 minutes past the hour. You can change it however you want this to run. Once done, click Apply for it to take effect. 
  7. After the first run completes successfully, refresh the page and you will see
